How to Fix Mozilla Firefox Not Responding or Hangs?

Method 1:

Step 1: Open Firefox, Click on 'Firefox menu' at the top right.

Step 2: Click on 'Options', scroll down and Uncheck 'Use recommended Performance Settings.'

Step 3: Now, Uncheck 'Use hardware acceleration when available.'

Step 4: Close firefox, and check Whther it fixes your problem or not.


Method 2:

Step 1: Open Firefox, click on 'Menu' at the top right.

Step 2: Click on Help, and then 'Troubleshooting Information.'

Step 3: Now, You see Profile Folder, click on 'Open Folder.'

Step 4: Find 'places.sqlite' and rename to places.sqlite.old.

Step 5: Close the firefox, save the file and relaunch Firefox.


It's done.
