I have had two sets of your blinds for 3 years and we are very pleased with the quality of them. Some months ago, I had a guest who was a bit rough (to say the least) and one of the clutches (the side that holds the rolling part) broke. I found it to buy online but contacted you for the dimensions needed, and you immediately send us the part!!! You not only have quality products but also quality service. Congrats to you. I will continue to buy my blinds with you in my new home!
