北 "대북제재로는 진정한 관계개선 어려워... 南 독자적인 판단 필요"

Pyongyang continues to urging Seoul to break away from international sanctions, to improve bilateral ties.
It's state-run Rodong Sinmun criticized the U.S. more harshly than it recently has.
Claiming Washington is making unilateral demands related to denuclearization -- that it's using maximum pressure, unlike its promise at the Singapore summit -- and it's even trying to control the speed of positive developments between South and North.
The paper stressed that sanctions are no help in improving inter-Korean relations.
Pyongyang urged... Seoul to make its own judgements and act independently to keep up the reconciliatory momentum.
