South Korean action fantasy film 'Along with the Gods: The Last 49 Days' is setting new ticket sales records.
The movie, released last Wednesday, exceeded 6 million viewers in its first five days, a record for a Korean movie
According to the Korean Film Commission, 2.7 million viewers watched the movie over the weekend, with 1.46 million on Saturday alone, the highest ever number of viewers in a single day for a domestically produced movie.
The movie is a sequel to a film released last December which was based on a webtoon.
This installment follows three angels of death... who guide a soul through the underworld... with the promise of reincarnation.
