Mahesh Patil, co-chief investment officer at Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC, told Mint that the correction in the broader markets over the last six months is offering opportunities to invest in good companies at reasonable valuations. Finding ideas in the markets was a big challenge last year as valuations had moved up due to big inflows, he added. He was speaking on the sidelines of the Mint Mutual Fund Conclave in Mumbai.
