South and North Korean officials will meet for a second time today to discuss joint railway inspections.
Six railway-related officials from each side will gather for talks at the western inter-Korean transit office.
They'll try to set some specific schedules on railway inspections -- which are due to start late this month.
Seoul and Pyongyang agreed at their railway talks in June... to make on-site inspections on rail lines along the western and eastern coasts of the peninsula... to upgrade them... in the hope that they can be linked one day.
