My take on Peter Capaldi's regeneration scene, bookended with his appearance in The Day of The Doctor. I was seriously expecting this to actually happen, and when it didn't I was shocked. Such a massive missed opportunity. Would've been lovely to see his first appearance wrapped up and given definitive context.
