Jack Osbourne and his estranged wife Lisa Stelly have finalised their divorce.



The 32-year-old star and his former flame have been locked in a legal battle for the past three months as they've been arguing over their assets following their separation, but it looks like they've finally settled things and their marriage is on the road to being dissolved.



A source told TMZ that Jack has agreed to give Lisa a "sizeable cash payout" as well as cough up "significant child support" every month and cover school fees and medical costs.



The pair have also agreed to share joint custody of their three children Pearl, Andy and six-month-old Minnie.
