India wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant has reacted to queries on why he hit a second-ball six on his Test debut, against England, saying he just saw the ball and reacted to it.
“"I was not thinking anything. I just saw the ball and reacted to it. I was not thinking that I was going to hit it for six or anything like that. I was just playing normal cricket," Pant said on Friday, days after India beat England in the third test of the ongoing test match series.
He added - "I was nervous. Everyone is nervous when they play their first match, but when I saw the ball I didn't think too much, I just saw the ball and reacted to it and that's what happened."
