After immense pressure the Kerala police have sent a summon to the rape accused bishop Franco to be present for questioning on September 16. Kerala police have also submitted an affidavit in the case ahead of the high court hearing tomorrow. Even after Kerala High Court made it clear to the police to take stern action. No arrests have been made in 77 days not even once has the bishop has been arrested or grilled. Bishop Franco now speaks in his defence and says that the rape allegations are nothing but a conspiracy against him. He says that the nuns have no evidence to prove him wrong.
