Hurricane Florence made landfall on Wrightsville Beach last week, making North Carolina’s Topsail Beach – just a few miles up the coast – ground zero for some of the storm’s most ferocious winds and rains.

On September 18, town officials took a driving tour, capturing these videos, which cover most of the town and show water still standing in multiple areas, sand covering streets, and debris.
