The chopstick-ticked noodles are traditional classic noodles popular in Taiyuan, Shanxi. It is "a noodle made with chopsticks". Peeling thin strips of dough from a loaf directly into a container of boiling water. The noodles are in the shape of a longer cylindrical shape with sharpening tips, which are highly technical.
