Guitar rock of the no-fi variety doesn't always translate into a super captivating live show, but Hoops have got it down pat. Their set at The FADER FORT in Austin on Wednesday found the five-piece shedding their recordings’ signature, cobweb-like layers to reveal some bright, and surprisingly muscular rock compositions.
