Texas family rescued after car gets trapped by raging floodwaters

A father and two teenage daughters were trapped in their car from flooded road that turned into a raging river on Sept. 22 in Southlake, Texas. Firefighters were able to rescue them by breaking the back window and transporting them with a ladder.
