Meanwhile, North Korea's Foreign Minister, Ri Yong-ho, arrived in New York on Tuesday to attend the UN General Assembly.
With plans in the works for a second summit between Kim Jong-un and President Trump, Ri Yong-ho is getting a lot of attention.
Plus Secretary of State Mike Pompeo invited Ri to visit him this week.
That meeting could hold a lot of import for the second Kim-Trump summit.
Ri is also expected to meet with UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres and hold bilateral talks with countries with close ties to North Korea.
Ri is scheduled to give a speech to the General Assembly on Saturday.
