Arlo the Staffordshire bull terrier was attempting to catch his tail when he accidentally showed off his gymnastic skills by forward rolling around the floor.

The video which was filmed on September 27, shows Arlo attempting to catch his tail by rolling around on the floor.

“He has such an awesome personality and does quirky things like chasing his tail like this on a daily basis, just after he’d woke up from his afternoon nap, he does this, he’s done it since he was a pup,” said his owner Lauren.
