Now, Allure reports the billion-dollar brand's calendar is expanding to include Halloween. Kylie herself took to Instagram to announce to her 116 million followers that she's launching a Kylie Cosmetics Halloween collection. The shades themselves are scary good and on top of that, her iconic dripping lips packaging even got a vampire makeover!
