And in a potentially positive development,... the U.S. State Department says North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has invited inspectors to visit to the regime's Punggye-ri nuclear test site so they can confirm it has been completely and irreversibly dismantled.
The statement comes after State Department spokesperson Heather Nauert said U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo "held productive discussions" with Kim on Sunday... we'll have more on that shortly.
Back in May,... North Korea blew up three test tunnels at the Punggye-ri site,... also destroying security checkpoints and other facilities.
