The Odisha government mobilised rescue personnel and relief material as the India Meteorological Department (IMD), in a special bulletin issued on Tuesday said, the deep depression over the Bay of Bengal has intensified into cyclonic storm ‘Titli’ and is moving towards the Odisha-Andhra Pradesh coast.

मौसम विभाग ने बुधवार और गुरुवार को ओडिशा के कई स्थानों पर भारी बारिश और कुछ स्थानों पर बेहद भारी बारिश की आशंका के चलते रेड अलर्ट जारी किया है। मौसम विभाग ने कहा कि चक्रवाती तूफान 'तितली' ओडिशा-आंध्र प्रदेश के तटीय क्षेत्र की ओर बढ़ रहा है। तूफान के 11 अक्टूबर को ओडिशा तट से गुजरने की आशंका है।
