Protests against the top court's verdict are set to continue today. Thousands of devotees, most of them women, joined the demonstrations in Kerala. They demand urgent hearing of review petition filed in Supreme Court, seeking to reinstate the ban on entry of menstruating women into the temple. The question we ask is, where do we find that line between faith and gender, so that basic rights are not violated and religious traditions are not troubled.
