This is the moment a white St. Louis woman tried to prevent a black man from entering the apartment building where he lives in. D'Arreion Toles recorded the incident after returning home from work when Hilary Brooke Thornton, a fellow resident, physically blocked him from entering the building at the Elder Shirt Lofts in downtown St. Louis. Thornton was fired from her job as a building manager of a separate property after the footage of the incident went viral.
