Lady Gaga was honored at Elle magazine's annual Women in Hollywood event on Monday night.

According to Business insider, during her speech onstage, she thanked "my fiancé, Christian [Carino]."

Although fans have speculated about the engagement, this was the first public confirmation.

The two have remained rather private since news broke of their relationship in February 2017.
