According to Reuters and new Jersey state health officials, a deadly viral outbreak has taken the life of an eighth child at a New Jersey rehabilitation center. At the center, 23 people have already been infected by adenovirus. The outbreak of the virus at the Wanaque Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Haskell, New Jersey, had first been reported by the New Jersey Department of Health on Tuesday. The deaths of six children with compromised immune systems were also reported at that time.
