평양공동선언, 오늘 관보 게재...효력 발생

The historic Pyeongyang Joint Declaration signed last month by the leaders of the two Koreas takes legal effect today.
It's looked to help lay the groundwork for Seoul to facilitate a series of inter-Korean cooperation projects.
It includes a string of agreements from economic cooperation to easing of military tensions.
The declaration has been published in an official gazette, and took effect from the moment of its publication.
