NC State won its 4th Women's Cross Country title under head coach Laurie Henes at the 2018 ACC Cross Country Championships that took place outside of Boston. The Wolfpack had 3 runners finish inside the top 10, including second-place finisher Elly Henes. Louisville junior Dorcas Wasike took home the individual title for the Cardinals after finishing second in 2017.
