A policeman is caught on camera slapping a woman with a baton near the Olympic Stadium in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, on May 21. The female motorcyclist was parked up next to a market when the three cops surrounded her and one lashed out, striking her on the face. The filmer said: ''I want justice for the woman. There was no reason to hit her. She was only involved in a minor traffic dispute.''
