According to Business Insider, Starbucks plans to continue to focus on building more drive-through locations. 80% of new Starbucks locations that opened in 2017 in the U.S. were drive-throughs. Starbucks says drive-throughs and mobile orders now make up more than half of all orders. This is an increase of more than 10% over the last two years.
