❗INGREDIENTS❗
75g coconut desiccated
250g sugar
1/3 cup powder milk
3 tbsp fresh milk
1 tsp ghee / clarified butter
1/4tsp cardamom / elachi powdered
Kewra water 1/4tsp
Water1/3cup
Green food color 1/2tsp

⚛Pot mein sugar or pani dal ker 5 min chini ghulnay tak pakaain ab is main milk powder, elaichi, kewra water, hara rang or normal milk add kerkay 2 say 3 min tak pakaain.
⚛Bohat hi Halki ancch per ya mixture Pakana hai, ab ismay ghee add karain or chola band kerkay coconut add karain. Achay say mix kerlain
⚛Plate aur mould ko oil sa grease karein aur nariyal ka mixture ko greased mould mein dal ker press ker lein.
⚛1 hour ya set ho janay tak thanda ker lein.

How to make Green Barfi
Learn to make Barfi/green barfi
⚛Firstly, in a large heavy bottomed kadai/Wok take 250g sugar 1/3cup water.
⚛Mix well, till the sugar start to melt. this takes around 5 minutes.
⚛Next, add powder milk and 3tbsp fresh milk
give a good mix add cardamom powder, kewra water, green food color and mix well. This takes around 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
⚛Next is to add ghee. Turn the flame off and add coconut mix 1 to 2 min and then transfer it on a butter paper or a plate coated with ghee. Press and set to a square shape. Furthermore, grease knife with ghee and when its still hot, cut to square shapes or the shapes you desired.
⚛Allow to cool completely.
⚛Finally, serve coconut burfi or store in airtight container.
