An old man with one foot shorter than the other had a hard time getting down the non-functioning escalator at the Shaw-Capitol Commons footbridge.

According to Rappler's Marguerite de Leon, "He had even more trouble earlier, when he was going up the four narrow, winding flights of stairs to get to the top. Tried to get a video but it was too crowded, with people on their way down bumping into him."
