Kemp has claimed victory with 50.22 percent of the vote barely over the 50 percent threshold to avoid a runoff. Abrams has accused Kemp of "deliberate and intentional" voter-suppression tactics. The Georgia race was one of the most contentious and closely-watched in the country.
