On the occasion of World Toilet Day, we take you through a tour of the Sulabh International Museum of Toilets which is located in Delhi.
Recognized as one of the weirdest museums in the world, it has a rare collection of facts, pictures and objects detailing the historic evolution of toilets from 2500 BC to date. One can see a range of chamber pots and toilet furniture- including the commode of the French King Louis the XIV (1638-1715), which was built under his throne, a toilet shaped as a book named after Shakespeare's novel Macbeth and a secret toilet within a couch.
