Ingredients:-
7-8 Chicken Wings
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
1 ½ tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powder
Salt
2 tbsp Maida
1 ½ tbsp Corn flour
½ cup Gram flour
Water as required
Oil for frying
Method:-
In a bowl of chicken wings add lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, maida, salt, gram flour, corn flour, water, mix well and keep it aside to rest for 1/2 an hour.
Heat oil in a vessel, add the chicken wings and fry them on low to medium flame until they are nicely done.
