Chicken Paratha is a delectable snack recipe made by stuffing a minced chicken inside the dough. This chicken recipe is a treat to all the chicken lovers out there. Do try it at home and share your feedback in the comments below.
Ingredients:-
1 tbsp Oil
1 1/2 tbsp
1/4 kg Chicken Keema
1 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli powder
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
Salt to taste
Juice of 1 Lemon
Coriander leaves
For Dough
1 1/2 cup Maida
1/2 cup Wheat Flour
Water
Method:-
Heat oil in a vessel, add ginger-garlic paste, chicken keema, saute it and add red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, mix them well.
Add salt, lemon juice, mix well, cover the lid and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Add coriander leaves, let the keema turn dry and then switch off the gas and keep it aside to cool down.
Make medium sized balls of the dough, give it a shape of a cup and stuff it with prepared keema.
Seal the opening, spread some flour on the working table and roll the dough into a paratha.
Fry it on a pan, spread some oil on it and flip it on another side.
Repeat the process and our Paratha is ready.
For Dough
In a bowl add maida, wheat flour, water and knead it into a dough.
Our Crispy Keema Paratha is ready to serve.
