US Imposes
New Sanctions
on North Korea The sanctions have been
imposed on three top
North Korean officials. One of the officials is described
as Kim Jong Un's "right hand man." The sanctions have
been imposed because of
North Korea's continued

death of American tourist and
college student Otto Warmbier. Warmbier was imprisoned
for 17 months in North Korea
after being arrested for theft. He died 17 days after
being returned to the
