Patiala House Court will hear former finance minister P Chidambaram and his son Karti Chidambaram's anticipatory bail plea in Aircel Maxis case. CBI had informed a Delhi court that it has procured the requisite sanction from the authorities to prosecute the duo in the case. Earlier court had extended Chidambaram and his son's protection from arrest till December 18, which is today.
