If you thought there were a lot of Spider-Men before Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, you ain't seen nothing yet. Phil Lord and Chris Miller give us a whole new take on everyone's favorite web-slinger by focusing on Miles Morales (voiced by Shameik Moore), the "new" Spider-Man who has quickly become a fan favorite all on his own. Into the Spider-Verse shows Morales's origin story with an action-packed twist: right when the Brooklyn teen discovers his new abilities, a rip in the space-time continuum brings other Spider-People into his dimension. We tangle with Peter Parker (Jake Johnson), Peter Porker (John Mulaney), Peni Parker (Kimiko Glenn), and Spider-Man Noir (Nicolas Cage) - all of whom team up to make a lovably hot mess of a Spider-Family.
In this exclusive new clip, we get a first look at Into the Spider-Verse's Spider-Woman (also known as Spider-Gwen), who is definitely a rock star. She's only 15 years old and part of a band, and she saves the world on a regular basis. Add the fact that she's voiced by Hailee Steinfeld, a rock star in her own right, and we already stan this Spider-Badass. Check it out and get excited. Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse comes out Dec. 14!
