The 'Twinkle Twinkle Little Heart' Christmas lights at Seven Dials, in Covent Garden, London have been synchronised to two-year-old Billy Hopkin's heart-beat. Billy suffers from a serious heart condition meaning he can miss out on fun at Christmas, so charity Tiny Tickers started the campaign to remind shoppers of the children with serious heart conditions.
