Ingredients:
400 gms Boneless Chicken
1/2 cup Curd
4-5 tbsp Cream
1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Green Chilli, crushed
1/2 tsp Fenugreek Leaves
1 Lemon, juice
1 tsp Oil
1 tbsp Cashew paste
Method of preparation:
In a bowl, add chicken, fresh cream, curd, ginger-garlic paste, salt, black pepper, garam masala, green chilli, fenugreek leaves, lemon juice and mix well.
Add oil and keep it aside to rest for 2 hours.
Heat a pan, add the marinated chicken and cook it for 5-7 minutes on low flame.
Add cashew paste, mix well and let it cook for a while.
For the smoky flavor:
Place the tikka's on the skewer, roast it on gas till you get nice colour on it.
