Nicholas, Helen and William plan to reinvestigate Katie's Bar of Smithtown, NY. Later in this episode, Nicholas investigates the building by himself a couple times. One of the times, Nicholas was able to meet bar-tender Elizabeth Dispigno who was on an episode of the Travel Channel's show Ghost Adventures.
