You know those days where you just want to have a little cry? Well Emily Blunt gets those too - and seeks out TV shows and movies that will make her weep.

It's because our reporter Lydia Batham got more than a little bit weepy while watching Mary Poppins Returns (but in a happy way).

They also talked about how Emily finds seeing herself on the side of a bus, what her friendship is like with Meryl Streep, the Oscars buzz surrounding the movie and how Emily's daughter has become obsessed with 'cheeky little Freddos'.
