Ingredients:
1 cup Chickpeas, boiled
2 tbsp Rice Flour
2 tbsp Corn flour
Oil for frying
1 tsp Raw Mango powder
Coriander leaves
For Tempering:
2 tbsp Oil
8-10 Garlic Cloves
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tbsp Red Chilli powder
Method of preparation:
In a bowl, add chickpeas, rice flour, corn flour and mix well.
Heat oil in a vessel, add the chickpeas and fry it crisp.
For Tempering:
Heat oil in a vessel, add garlic and fry till they turn golden.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, quickly add the chickpeas and mix them well.
Add raw mango powder, mix well and add coriander leaves.
Mix it well once and it is ready to plate.
Our Chana Koliwada is ready to serve.
