Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua says that the Maendeleo Chap Chap movement is not a tribal outfit but ‘people driven’ and will encompass everyone regardless of their origin.

Speaking during the official launch of the movement on Thursday, Mutua stated that the movement will focus on development as opposed to engaging in empty rhetoric.
