Ingredients:
3 tbsp Oil
3 Green Chillies, chopped
1 tbsp Coriander leaves
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste
2 Onions, sliced
1 tbsp Biryani Masala
1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
Salt
Spinach leaves, chopped
4 cups Rice, cooked
3 tbsp Palak paste, optional
Method of preparation:
Heat oil in a vessel, add green chillies, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, saute it nicely.
Add onions, biryani masala, black pepper powder, salt, spinach, rice and mix well.
Add palak paste for colour and mix well.
Cover it with a lid and cook it for 10 minutes.
Our Palak Rice is ready to serve.:-
