An illegally constructed apartment building collapsed in southern China, killing three.

The aftermath video, shot in Fuzhou City in Fujian Province on February 16, shows firefighters and policemen searching for and rescuing buried residents under the collapsed building.

The rental apartment was illegally built with no attention to regulation. Three people were dead and 14 were injured.

Police detained the two landlords and the case was being investigated.
