Director Michel Ocelot gave a master-class (moderated by Vanessa Tonnini) during the 2018 edition of the Rome Film Festival, in the Alice Nella Città section. The director talked about his career, in particular how it had been affected by a small African child. "People still talk to me about Kirikou and the Sorceress as though it had just been released, and two generations in France have grown up with it." And, of course, he talked about Dilili in Paris, his new film.
