Most of South Korea is blanketed in unhealthy levels of fine dust particles yet again.
Fine dust levels are expected to soar to "very bad" for Seoul and the surrounding metropolitan area during the morning,... while the nation's eastern coast will see "bad" levels of air quality.
Seoul and Gyeonggi-do Province have issued preemptive reduction measures throughout the day from 6 am to 9 pm.
The measures include the reduction of operations at pollutant-emitting workplaces and an alternate no-driving day policy for public-sector vehicles.
