Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng said that the acquisition of the four tolled-highways would be a triple win for those involved.He said the government and taxpayers save RM5.3 billion in compensation to continue freezing toll rate hikes, commuters save up to RM180 million per annum with reduced traffic jam during peak hours and surplus collections would go towards financing the upgrade and maintenance of the public transport system.
