The Jharkhand Cabinet has recommended the dissolution of the Assembly signaling the collapse of the Government in the state. The news comes even as BJP alliance partner. JMM chief Shibu Soren has sought time to meet the governor at 10:30 am to hand him the letter withdrawing support.
