This will be the first Rail Budget to be presented by a Congress Minister after 17 years. Railway Minister Pawan Kumar Bansal will present the Railway Budget 2013-14 in the Lok Sabha on Tuesday. There is expectation of hike in railway fare which will benefit government of around 6600 crores.
