Delhi Rape: SHO offered Rs. 2000 to Devi's Father

India News: The father of the Delhi minor rape survivor was offered a bribe of Rs. 2000 by the Station House Officer (SHO) of Gandhinagar Police Station, source said on Sunday. The Joint Commissioner of Police (Vigilance) submitted report on the allegations of bribe by the police in the case.
